Every time I start PowerBI (Since maybe the May Update...) I have the following background programs that start and they just grind my pc to a halt. So slow it is almost hard to navigate to the Task Manager.
I have to quickly End Process REALLY FAST otherwise they keep popping back up. As soon as I finally get them off, my computer can run normal and I then go back to working in PowerBI.
Anyone know why this happens when PowerBI starts up?
O man... after many months I think I have FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!!!!
In the OPTIONS-> Data Load menu I had the "Allow data preview to download in the background" checked. Unchecked that option and now it works!
