Color Conditional Formatting - Matrix

I am trying to do measure value to get conditional formatting to change the background color of the highest number in each row.  I have below measure but not working, any ideas would be appreciated.  The visual is showing the average for each attribute.

Hi @jcastr02 ,

If you want to highlight the entire rows, in your image will be highlighted all rows(I saw each row has a highlight cell). In addition, conditional formatting applies only to the values of Table or Matrix visuals, and doesn't apply to any subtotals, grand totals, or the Total row.

Hey @jcastr02

I'm not sure if applying conditional formatting to a row is possible, but if it is you should be able to do it with the concepts in the below:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Conditional-formatting-on-Rows/td-p/550047

you can vote for the idea here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/18159352-conditional-formatting-w...

Easiest solution is to pivot your table.

If this helps please kudo.

If this solves your problem please accept it as a solution.

I've been able to do it before with that measure, but struggling with this one 😞       @Tad17

Hey @jcastr02

I misunderstood. I thought you were trying to apply conditional formatting to a row instead of a column. In this case it is much easier. You can create a rank column and then apply conditional formatting using If in the conditional formatting diolog box as shown in this thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Conditional-Formatting-Highest-Value/td-p/736876

@Tad17 I am trying to get it where it shades the highest number in each row, so wouldn't be entire row, just that one value.  Any ideas?
