Color Conditional Formatting - Matrix

I hope the figures discribes in it full:

If you want to highlight the entire rows, in your image will be highlighted all rows(I saw each row has a highlight cell). In addition, conditional formatting applies only to the values of Table or Matrix visuals, and doesn't apply to any subtotals, grand totals, or the Total row.

I misunderstood. I thought you were trying to apply conditional formatting to a row instead of a column. In this case it is much easier. You can create a rank column and then apply conditional formatting using If in the conditional formatting diolog box as shown in this thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Conditional-Formatting-Highest-Value/td-p/736876
Anonymous I am trying to get it where it shades the highest number in each row, so wouldn't be entire row, just that one value. Any ideas?
