I confirmed it internally, it's supported.
"The SQL statement in advanced option is sent to Oracle server to execute so as long as it’s a valid query including using function, PBI supports it."

is there a way to execute a package and get a table in response ?
The package have a function in wich i pass 2 parameters, something like this:
Oracle.Database("database", [HierarchicalNavigation=true, Query="
SELECT *
FROM TABLE(dbo.Package_name.function_name('"& P_1 &"', '"& P_2 &"'))
"])
The output says i can't have more than one row as response. There's a way around it ?

Based on my test, the same query to call Oracle function in SQLdeveloper can be executed in Power BI desktop DirectQuery as well. But I will double confirm it internally, will update here once I get information.
