It seems that you want to return unique pair of Area and Store Code, right?
You can create a table with DAX below:
Table = GROUPBY('Table1',Table1[Area],'Table1'[Store Code])
Table 2 = SUMMARIZE('Table1',Table1[Area],'Table1'[Store Code])
