Arcgis Map Problem

Hi everyone,

I'm new using arcgis map, and my issue is that when I put Latitude and Longitude, Arcgis map didn't show anything, is completely white.

Appreciate any help, can not find anything on the internet.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I'm using a virtual machine, and when I put latitude and longitude in a Map visuals thats work fine, but when I change the visuals and use Arcgis Map, nothing happend.
I change the latitude longitude data to latitude and longitude data category.
