Arcgis Map Problem

Hi everyone, I'm new using arcgis map, and my issue is that when I put Latitude and Longitude, Arcgis map didn't show anything, is completely white. Appreciate any help, can not find anything...

It seems to work fine on my machine. Please share more detailed information and steps.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I'm using a virtual machine, and when I put latitude and longitude in a Map visuals thats work fine, but when I change the visuals and use Arcgis Map, nothing happend.
    I change the latitude longitude data to latitude and longitude data category.
