Allow users to input a value

Is there a way in power bi to allow users to input a value that can b fed into a DAX query?

The problem i have is i want to allow a user to select people that have made x amount of orders, so x is an input box that the user can type a value into but how would this feed into dax?

PowerBi has some of this functionality built in already.  Please check this link on the What if parameter and see if it meets your personal needs.

I need user imput as timestamp (date and time, example 2.5.2024 17:26). How do it?
