Aggregation not working when using Date Table

Hello everybody,
I have two tables in my model ,first  table is Calculated  Dates Table .
Second table is Requests Table as shown below,
Both Tables have Year Field, 
Everything is working as expected when I do aggregation based on year field from Requests Table.

But aggregation is not working when i use Year Field from Dates table,
I have attached pbix  and  excel file,

After my research , you need to and a new column and create the relationship between Requests and Dates by 

the new column and date instead of CreatedOn and date like below:

Column = DATEVALUE(Requests[CreatedOn])

Result:
