Is the last column your expected result of this problem?
@NISH72 you can add a calculate column using following DAX and then do sum on this new column
Sales col to sum =
IFERROR ( VALUE ( Sales[Sales] ), 0 )

I can get a result as below so far,
Add an index column from 1 in Edit queries.
Column =
IF (
[sales number] <> BLANK (),
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table 2'[sales number] ),
FILTER ( 'Table 2', 'Table 2'[Index] <= EARLIER ( 'Table 2'[Index] ) )
)
)
Please check if it fits your scenario.
