Adding numbers in column by ignoring text

Hello,
I have the following column
Sales
56
43
N/a
22
N/a
I want to add the numeric values in this column but ignore the text values. Is there any dax for these. I want to create a measure for this calculation. Thank you

@NISH72 you can add a calculate column using following DAX and then do sum on this new column

Sales col to sum = 
IFERROR ( VALUE ( Sales[Sales] ), 0 )

Thanks for reply. Actually I don't want to add a new column the numeric values should be added in the same column ignoring the text. It should look like this after sum

N/a

I can get a result as below so far,

Add an index column from 1 in Edit queries.

Column =
IF (
    [sales number] <> BLANK (),
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( 'Table 2'[sales number] ),
        FILTER ( 'Table 2', 'Table 2'[Index] <= EARLIER ( 'Table 2'[Index] ) )
    )
)

Please check if it fits your scenario.
