Adding direct link to sharepoint list item to PowerBI report table visual

Scenario 

Connected PowerBI report to SharePoint List 

Request

is it possible to add a direct link to the list-item added to my PowerBI table visual - as a hyperlink column? 

So users can open list-item directly from within PowerBI

@Neeesz78 , if you can have the web URL starting with http*, or you can create one, you can use that in visual and mark that web URL, and it will open in new window

@amitchandak  thanks for your reply - I'm fine with adding hyperlink to PowerBI table....etc. 

still not clear how to add direct link to List items (each)? 

My table basically shows List-items - I can see many attributes but not link to open item?
