API Contract Violation

Hello folks, I'm trying to login on my Power BI desktop, i have a pro suscription and I get this message. Can anybody help me? Tahnks

I had 2 accounts: microsoft and live with the same mail that's the issue. So I will re organize my accounts. Thanks!

@codificar_23 , Make sure you are able to log in to app.powerbi.com using the same credentials. If not check those.

 

also check issues, if need log a new one. One more user reported this https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

Hi! @amitchandak yes is the same account. But I think there is a problem there, with thr account, because I can login in Microsoft like and enterprise account or home account with the same credentials. I will fixing this and then I will be back on this issue.
