Embedded 'Result to default' bookmark page is not limiting the data based on the parameter passed.

Hi
I have built a PBI report that is embedded in a Portal (webpage). How it works is, a user will log on to the Portal using a email address and password. A look up on the Portal side will identify the contactid of the user and pass that contactid as a parameter to the embedded PBI report that sits within a PBI Workspace (not App).
The report has a single page but four bookmarks. These bookmarks being, for simplicity, Bookmark 1, Bookmark 2, Bookmark 3, and Bookmark 4 (Boomark 4 is the same as a Bookmark 1). When the report was saved, before publishing, all data was showing in the Bookmarks.
The 'Reset to default' option (circled in the below screenshot) is not available on the report in the Portal due to the embedding nature. Of course, it is available in the PBI Workspace (which where the below screenshot is taken from).

Due to this, I was asked to create a button that resets the report to the default state (this is non-circled button in the screenshot above).
The 'Reset to default' button, when clicked, will show Bookmark 4. Remember Bookmark 4 is, when saved in the Desktop, is a replica of Bookmark 1.
The user's entry point to the report is to see Bookmark 1 which is filtered down (limiting data) automatically by the passed contactid. Bookmark 2 and Bookmark 3 also shows correctly filtered data. However, when the 'Reset to default' button is clicked it shows Bookmark 1 which doesn't limit the data by the contactid, it shows all data as it did when saving the report in Desktop before publishing.
I hope this has made sense.

Is there anyway I can have a 'Reset to default' button that shows Bookmark 4 but still limiting the data based on the contactid parameter passed at run-time?
Thanks.
