divide(Sum(Table[Cost]),calculate(Sum(Table[Cost]), allexcept(Table, Table[SKU])))
or
divide(Sum(Table[Cost]),calculate(Sum(Table[Cost]), filter(allselected(Table), Table[SKU] = max(Table[SKU]))))
