Replace the values Dynamically

I am having the table b with the destination column. I want to replace some values dynamically.
for example 
Destination 
CityWalk

output
Destination 
City  

 

if new records have come the values should be changed automatically. I am using direct query

For DirectQuery your best bet is to probably create a new calculated column in DAX. You could use SWITCH or IF statement and perhaps SEARCH or FIND to do the replacements
