DAX measures: operator with two tables

Hi, everyone

I have this measure that works very well, but I want to add calculation.

PenMdoRec = ROUND(SUMX(SUMMARIZE(COMTO20,COMTO20[CTAUNICA]),

                                 CALCULATE(MAX(COMTO20[RECNROTRN]),

                                  ALLEXCEPT(COMTO20,COMTO20[CTAUNICA]))) / 11,2)

To this result I want to divide it by the TOTAL field of another table called SUNEDU and get the desired value.

Both tables (COMTO20 and SUNEDU) are related by the UNIVERSITY field

I tried RELATED function and it doesn't work.

This is a small sample, the original table has more than 150 million of records with more than 40 fields.
