Need DAX help

Country field has 1 indicator field X.

X has Boolean values-true or false

Country.  X

C1.        True

C2.        False

C3.        True

If country slicer(C2) selected indicator is false it should show 0 in card not blank. Suppose none of the country slicer is selected it should show value as 2.(because C1 & c3 has true)

Want to show in card visual.

How to achieve in DAX?please help
