List of all clients in client groups that contain at least 1 client that has had certain help

I'm relatively new to DAX, so I'm still learning. I am trying to figure something out which is probably not difficult for you, but I've been searching and I have not found a solution yet.

A client belongs to a client group. And a client gets a certain type of help from the government. There are different types of help like: money, meals, house... 

My question: I would like to have a list of all clients that belong to a client group that contains at least 1 client that has gotten the type of help "Meals".

So if there is a client group that contains 4 persons, of which 1 person has gotten the type of help "Meals" and the other have gotten the type of help "Money", then I would still like to see all clients as at least 1 client in that client group has had "Meals".
