Counting Distinct Pairs

I have two columns that pair with eachother and I am trying to count the distinct pairs.

For example:

Start	End
A	B
A	B
A	B
B	C
B	C
B	C
B	C
C	D
C	D

So the measure would count

Start A, End B once,

Start B, End C once, and 

Start C, End D once
