Counting Distinct Pairs

I have two columns that pair with eachother and I am trying to count the distinct pairs.

For example:

StartEnd
AB
AB
AB
BC
BC
BC
BC
CD
CD

So the measure would count

Start A, End B once,

Start B, End C once, and

Start C, End D once

Thank you in advance for any help/clarification

= COUNTROWS( DISTINCT( Table1 ) )

Expertise = List.Accumulate(

        {Days as from Today},

        {Skills and Knowledge},

        (Current, Everyday) => Current & Day.LeanAndPractise(Everyday)

)
