COUNT and DISTINCT COUNT Functions - Replacing Blanks with 0's

Hi All,

I was hoping to get some assistance on how to write a Dax formula that replaces blank values with 0's in a formula that is performing a COUNT or DISTINCTCOUNT function. The formula I have is below.

Also, not sure why this was left out of the previous message as I inputted it. Below is a view of the type of visual I am attempting to include this on. I got rid of the column values for confidentiality but it is a concatenated value of Teammate Job Title and Teammate Name.
