1) If you can give the option for table visual like if due to the filters applied to table(especially if table is displayed by drill through) if the table reduces to zero rows then table can be hidden and instead a custom message can be displayed to the user.

2) if Rows of  the table can be conditionally formatted it will be very useful.

3) For Page, if slicers are used then initial value can be specified either by formula or by value.
