Column Grouping in Matrix

The current matrix visual offers to create columns and rows as per below layout:

There can be an option to group columns in such a way that backend structure remains same but visible layout could be like:

This will make it easy for users to distinguish the column content and make formatting easier. When making performance reviews, this structure is more often used so it will make it easier for users.
