Rename "Persistent filters" to "Disable persistent filters" for Power BI Service and Desktop

I know this is a very minor change request but I've currently been looking into enabled persistent filters within my Power BI Embedded reports and something I've noticed is that the language between Power BI Desktop & Service does not line up with Power BI Embedded documentation.

I think that a simple rename of the Power BI Desktop and Service description for what enabling "Persistent Filters" in the service and desktop actually does helps make it consistent.
