Relationships View - Colour coding tables and relationship lines

I have a lot of tables and relationships in my relationships view. It's very difficult to read them. The ability to colour one table Yellow and the relationship links yellow, and another table blue, and the relationship links blue would be incredibly handy.

I really support this idea.  How about adding capability to post notes to relationship view?
