Power KPI Matrix to display KPI Status Summary and Category/Sub-Category level

Could a summary of KPI Status display when KPIs are hidden using the collapse feature on Category or Sub-Category. This would allow for users to quickly find KPIs of interest/concern. Perhaps the display could use a Pie Chart to display the proportions of colours showing in the relevant KPI Indicators.
