Link both Y axes on column+line graph

I'd like an option on the column + line graphs to only use one Y axis for scaling purposes.

 

Currently each Y axis scales itself independently, so they typically do not line up. 

 

I know I can manually set the range for each, but that forces me to give up the auto-scale feature.  

 

What I want is for the primary Y axis to continue to auto-scale and for the secondary Y axis to use that same scale.
