Line and stacked column chart, Line spikes highlighted with emoticons/ other images

Hello,

 

Didn't find anything where we could replace traditional "dots" in the line spikes, like the example below:

 
 
 

Formatting might not be perfect in the chart above, but the idea would be to have emoticons (RAG) or images based on conditional criteria.

 

Example: Blue dots (in blue line) or yellow skypes (in yellow line) could be replaced/formatted/insert emoticons and these emoticons could also have some logic added (DAX functions for instance). Imagine that lines represent average case days and dots/spykes are cases feedback - where feedback in (1, 2, 3).

 

If there is already an existing custom visual for this requisite that I missed, please comment below.
