Hyperlink for Power KPI Matrix Values

The Power KPI Matrix is great for providing automatic trendline and having metrics as rows in source data.

I am dealing with a scenario where it would be helpful if I could add a hyperlink for each of the Metric value.

To illustrate an example, suppose I am showing a Matrix with average score on maths test for Grade 6-12. Now, whenever I click on a score, I like to be taken to a predefined URL. I understand this is possibly by linking the Metric name, but I would lilke to extend this to the values as well.
