Custom visual Image Upload

Hi guys, 

I am facing the issue while adding the "Format you Visual" feature. 

I want the upload image feature that will used to upload the image from the computer and then that image is used in my chart. 

But whenever I try to do this I get the error in capabilties.json. Here are the images
