Conditionally Hide Report Elements

Would love to have an option to conditionally show / hide report elements. 

 

As an example I would like to dispaly an attention icon if a measeure value is exceeded but remain hidden if not.

 

I do use workarounds with matching background colours to hide elements based on dynamic values but as I often have sections of background which are not of a solid colour it can't always work and bookmarks aren't applicable.
