Can we disable the Confirm Navigation Dialogue Box while using Launch URL API of custom visual?

Sometimes it is really annoying to have such a dialogue box for the users. We don't want that to happen with users as we have made this a part of a central PowerBI Report that everyone needs to use.

Is there any way to disable this?
