Allow resize window size and columns on Manage relationships window.

The recent change to the Manage relationships are nice. But can you please allow resize / maximise of the window as a whole and of the colums in the relationships table.

 

Some table names are necessarily long and it's not at all possible to see the whole table name to know what relationships have been set.

It would be nice to see resize window as a default interface function in all areas. But Microsoft is consistently not great at consistency.
