Allow O365 security-enabled groups to be used in Power BI settings

Currently Power BI seems to limit assigning tenant settings only to security groups.

In order to prevent duplication of groups to be used in multiple places (eg, O365 group must be used for defining compliance permissiosn to assign for a sensitivity label) it would be beneficial for Power BI to consider groups with security enabled flagged also for the purpose of assigning settings.
