Multiple Line Graph with Measures - 2nd Line is flat

I created Running Total measures for two datasets and I'm trying to have a multiple line graph, but my second line is showing up as flat. The dates are the same for both datasets. Am I doing something wrong or am I not able to have a multiple line graph from different queries? I know the running total measure of the flat line is correct because if I do a single line graph with it then it looks fine.
