Hi All,
Short version: Is there a way to see summary data from a nested SP list using the Visualise List view?
Long version: I have created a nested SP List (effectively a 'List of Lists') using folders on the top level of the List and each folder holding a single copy of a List of 150 Inspection questions. Each folder is the Inspection of a different area. Each Inspection is generating actions with owners and due dates etc.
On the Top level of the List, the folders are in one of the List columns but all the columns are blank.
I would like to be able to visualise the summary data for all the nested Lists e.g. how many open + overdue actions, which areas are they for, who owns them etc.
Currently, the only data I can visualise is of the 'top level' of the list e.g. the names of the different folders and the number of folders. It feels obvious and should be self-explanatory, but I can't find a way to drill-down into the nested data.
I can create the visual I'm after if I have a single inspection in an isolated List, just not as part of a nested List.
Am I trying to push the Visual further than it can go?
Thanks in advance.
