Pairing Play Axis with Map visual

Hi,

I've paired mprozil's Play Axis visual with the native PBI map visual. I was hoping to see the bubbles on the map grow with time and appear/disappear as countries come into (and out of) play at different points in time. But I'm not getting that kind of dynamic response. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
