Show different variables on different detail levels

I have made the following data model in Excel which exists out of 2 parts: Hours Required (to fullfill project needs) and Hours Available (human resource in the company)

Is it possible to make the following chart using a pivot chart? So that it is sensitive to the slicers.

I don't know how to add my example work book.
