A theme of blue tints, based on the colour palette used by the University of Melbourne (Australia).

In 2023, the University of Melbourne released an updated colour palette, which is the inspiration for a new Theme I've just posted. I think it is superior to this theme, with a better balance of colours and contrasts:

cool
Nice color theme! Thank you to show°
Here's a belated Christmas present - a PowerPoint file I use to quickly generate Page Background images for Power BI Desktop.
I find it's easier to generate consistent page layouts, incorporate logos and other graphic elements etc using PowerPoint than Power BI Desktop or specialist graphic design tools. Using a background image also lets you make use of the top 40 pixels on each page for titles, logos etc - this is otherwise dead space.
More detailed instructions are in the file.
This example is in the University of Melbourne colours and logo - with minimal PowerPoint skills you could change those to suit your requirements.
