In 2023, the University of Melbourne released an updated colour palette, which is the inspiration for a new Theme I've just posted. I think it is superior to this theme, with a better balance of colours and contrasts:

Here's a belated Christmas present - a PowerPoint file I use to quickly generate Page Background images for Power BI Desktop.
I find it's easier to generate consistent page layouts, incorporate logos and other graphic elements etc using PowerPoint than Power BI Desktop or specialist graphic design tools. Using a background image also lets you make use of the top 40 pixels on each page for titles, logos etc - this is otherwise dead space.
More detailed instructions are in the file.
This example is in the University of Melbourne colours and logo - with minimal PowerPoint skills you could change those to suit your requirements.
