Hi,

users are not able to view reports shared out of ppu workspace into pro worspace.

The dataset is in a ppu workspace und the linked report is in a pro workspace.

RLS, viewer role and pro licence per user are given, but thex are still not able to view the report in pro workspace.

I tried App, it is not working.

I tried Liveconnect to dataset, it is not working.

The tenant settings are ok (from my point of view).

Last month (Sep´23) everything worked fine.

Question: Did anything changed by Fabic, so that pro user are not able anymore to view content out of ppu workspace (dataset)?

Hi, just for clarification.

Users are not able anymore to view a report saved in a pro workspace, where the underlayed dataset is saved in a premium per user workspace? So all features with ppu licence have no benefits anymore for sharing to pro workspace? Data mart and data pipelines are not useable in shared content to pro workspace?

Yes, anything that has been hosted on PPU workspace will not be accsessible by Pro/Free Users

Users must have a Premium Per User (PPU) license to access content in a Premium Per User (PPU) workspace or app.

As from 1st Oct, fabric go live it has enforeced the liacensing limitations that is why in sept users might be able to acess the content from PPU workspace or they had opted for fabric trial that got expired after 60 days.
