Hello, I'm trying to refresh my dashboard but they're all returning the same error.
And does not return the exact point where the error is occurring.
yes , this still happening, i search in the log error , and i get this :
25E31978 [DM.Analytics] Performance counters not installed, application performance metrics will not be traced (category = Microsoft Power BI Enterprise Gateway)

If this is still happening today, I would turn in a ticket to Microsoft - since without an actual error message, you can't do much.

This error is usually one of two things - data source or gateway. For the data source issue, I suggest that you try to refresh the report on the desktop and see if it works. I suspect it will. That will rule out it being the data source directly. BUT, perhaps you are having data source issues?
The other issue is potentially the gateway. The gateway is either not installed at all or is not connecting to the data source correctly. OR, is the gateway a current version? OR, is the gateway current and "working" but the userid being used is giving an error on the gateway and the connection is not working?
