I have configured my gateway on my on-premise Windows Server, now in the PBI server I configured the gateway to be able to connect to my SSAS, however I have the following error.

I get the online connection, I am using the administrator user, I don't know if it is a matter of using EffectiveUserName or CustomData.

I recommend checking that the semantic model's connection and credential are working properly.

Can you please make sure to follow all the prerequisites when connecting to an on premise? SSAS server here is the documentation from Microsoft. Manage SQL Server Analysis Services data sources - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
