Hi @Sreekanth910082 ,

Please update your data source credentials and see whether the same issue occurs or not.If it's not working then you have work with your db team and power bi tenant admin and need to check the details whatever @tharunkumarRTK mentioned.

This seems like you got this error in Power BI service. Have you connected to your postgres server through on premises data gateway? If yes then have you checked whether you installed all the necessary certificates in the gateway manchine?

Also try modifying the gateway connection to unencryptted connection and check status of the connection.
