Hello!

I mainly connect to SharePoint Online lists, create reports, publish to web, and then insert the emded code into a Wiki style page on SharePoint. This has worked well so far, but now I am experiencing the following issues.

-Scheduled refresh is set and I dont receive any errors that it did not work, but the report does not accurately reflect the data that is actually in my list.

-When modifying my reports in desktop it takes FOREVER to apply the query changes and to resfresh the data to reflect the sharepoint online list correctly.

Any ideas how to help these two issues?

Hi @ivayyy4,

It is hard to troubleshooting your issue without any error message and logs, maybe you can to check refresh history to confirm if any failures or errors appeared on refresh history.

BTW, which method you use to embed reports to sharepoint? 'Publish to web' or 'embed to sharepoint' feature?

I just checked the refresh history i cant figure out how to add the screenshot here though. There is over an hour and a half between the start and end date for the refresh. so the refresh is not failing but it is taking way too long.

Hi @ivayyy4,

It sounds like a refresh timeout issue, have you try to reduce data amount and try again?

In addition, any custom functions or advanced option in your query?(merge, append, combine, reference other query)

Xiaoxin Sheng
