Hi ivayyy4,
It is hard to troubleshooting your issue without any error message and logs, maybe you can to check refresh history to confirm if any failures or errors appeared on refresh history.
>>I mainly connect to SharePoint Online lists, create reports, publish to web, and then insert the emded code into a Wiki style page on SharePoint. This has worked well so far, but now I am experiencing the following issues.
BTW, which method you use to embed reports to sharepoint? 'Publish to web' or 'embed to sharepoint' feature?

I just checked the refresh history i cant figure out how to add the screenshot here though. There is over an hour and a half between the start and end date for the refresh. so the refresh is not failing but it is taking way too long.

Hi ivayyy4,
It sounds like a refresh timeout issue, have you try to reduce data amount and try again?
In addition, any custom functions or advanced option in your query?(merge, append, combine, reference other query)
