I've seen this multiple times now: I update the desktop to use a set of filters on the visual & then save & publish. The initial newly published report appears fine. However, after multiple refreshes in the service it will lose the filters.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve please?
Thanks in advance!

Since my earlier post, I removed my buttons (arrows) I had added to get to the next page. My original thought was perhaps I had the bookmark set without the filters in place. I then added a navigational button to take me to the other report page with filters set. Initially all seemed well. However, the issue did pop up again...
I really don't understand the big picture here. I just deleted my published version on the service, cleared my cache & republished as if it was new. Thankfully I've not seen the issue again.
If anyone has any other notes worth sharing I'm all ears.
