schedule refresh issues - resfresh stops before end of the data importation

Dear all,

I receive an error message when the secheduled data refresh fails in which one can read: "the schedule data refresh stopped since the data importation from the source XXX has timed-out"

My whole data set is made of Excel files loaded on OneDrive for Entreprise.

The links to the sources in the dsktop files point to C:\Users\xxx\OneDrive - Wright Medical\xxx\something.xlsb.

Can I create direct links btw PBI and OneDrive file so that the gateway service does not have to import data before refreshing?

Will it solve the issue?

In addition, you can also try to direct get data from onedrive file link then it can use onedrive refresh:

However i changed the path to my OneDrive files and then use web links. Since then the issue seems to be solved.
