sample rate as slice

I have create multiple line chart

Voltage vs Time

Current vs Time

GPS Speed vs Time

Votage and Current information with its timestamp is in one table

GPS Speed with its timestamp is in other table

Can I use sample rate as slice, so that all the line chart can automatically adapt to new sample rate?
