remove items with no data...

I'd like to remove the questions that dont' have values...I've already tried to uncheck the "show items with no data" on the axis, but still showing, any assistance is appreciated.

This can be caused by incorrect relationships between multiple tables. You can try to create a measure instead of AVG of score.

If the problem persists,could you please share sample data or sample pbix?(Please mask any sensitive data before uploading)

You could perhaps filter then out in the Filter pane. Extremely difficult to say though without more information. Is your x-axis categorical or continuous?
